01 · How and when we pay

Two coins, two rules

$PUMPAXE's fees are split among the owners of squads #4–#10, round by round. Each squad coin's fees go straight to its own squad's owner. Here is how, and when.

Reading the payouts…

Rule 1 · the main coin

$PUMPAXE to squads #4–#10

100% of the creator fees of $PUMPAXE are claimed by the vault and sent by our payout bot, every round, to the owners of squads #4–#10 of the live board (22/18/15/13/12/11/9%). Each round sends exactly what was claimed — never the vault's balance.

Every round, with its claim

Rule 2 · each squad coin

Squad coin to its squad's owner

100% of each squad coin's creator fees go to that squad's owner, set on-chain with pump.fun's fee sharing and locked. The owner collects them on pump.fun. We never hold or touch them.

Each coin's split, on-chain

When $PUMPAXE's fees go out

  1. Day one · the first 24 hours Every 30 minutes

For the first 24 hours after $PUMPAXE launches, every 30 minutes (at :00 and :30 UTC) the payout bot claims $PUMPAXE's creator fees into the vault and sends exactly that amount to the owner of each squad at #4–#10 of the live board at that moment, split 22/18/15/13/12/11/9% by rank.

  2. Then · until the storm closes Every 24 hours

After day one, once every 24 hours, the same way, until the Squad Invitational ends on Nov 9, 14:00 UTC.

  3. The last round Final Results

The last round uses pump.fun's Final Results instead of the live board.

  2. Rank 5: 18%
  3. Rank 6: 15%
  4. Rank 7: 13%
  5. Rank 8: 12%
  6. Rank 9: 11%
  7. Rank 10: 9%

Shares of each round's $PUMPAXE pot, in SOL, to the wallet of the squad's owner: the member pump.fun lists as the squad's owner. A squad that stays in #4–#10 gets paid in every round.

  • Only what was claimed. A round's pot is exactly the $PUMPAXE fees its claim brought into the vault, measured in that claim's own transaction. The vault also holds a little SOL of our own: it pays the network fees of every claim and transfer and is never part of a pot. When too little is waiting to be worth a claim, the round skips it and the fees keep waiting on pump.fun for a later round.
  • Every transfer, on the record. Each one shows up under Payouts with its transaction, next to the claim it came from, checked on-chain by our server before it appears.
  • One wallet, one key. The vault is a normal Solana wallet (1 of 1). Its key is held by the PUMPAXE team. Nothing on-chain forces us to pay: the proof is the public record.
  • Squad coins are locked. If a squad's owner changes during the tournament, its coin's fees keep going to the wallet set at launch. Nobody can change that split, us included; only pump.fun's CTO process could.
  • Holders get nothing. Holding $PUMPAXE or any squad coin gives you nothing from the pot, and no amount is promised.

02 · Where $PUMPAXE's fees go

The vault

One public Solana wallet collects 100% of $PUMPAXE's creator fees; squad coins pay their own squad owners and never pass through it. It's a normal 1-of-1 wallet that also holds a little SOL of ours for network fees, never part of a pot. Apart from network fees and the coin setup (creating the coins and their fee-sharing configs, and returning the unused SOL we put in for it), every SOL that leaves it should be one of the payouts listed below.

03 · Coin by coin

Every coin, checked

For each coin we read on-chain where its creator fees go. $PUMPAXE's must reach the vault: it was created from the vault, or its pump.fun fee sharing sends 100% there. Each squad coin's must go to its own squad's owner: its fee sharing sends 100% to the owner's wallet, locked. Green means the fees go where they should. All of them, $PUMPAXE included, are unofficial fan coins launched on pump.fun: not affiliated with or endorsed by pump.fun or the squads.

✓ To the vault $PUMPAXE: 100% of its creator fees reach the vault, because it was created from the vault or its fee sharing sends 100% there · ✓ To the squad owner a squad coin: its fee sharing sends 100% to that squad's owner (“locked” means nobody can change that split any more) · Warning the fees go somewhere else: don't take our word for it · Not checked yet we re-read every coin every 30 minutes; meanwhile, check it on Solscan.

Payouts

Every $PUMPAXE fee sent from the vault to a squad owner, round by round, with what was claimed for it. Our server reads each transaction on the Solana blockchain before listing it here: it must send SOL from the vault to that wallet. Owner wallets only appear once they've been paid.

How a round works

  1. Claim

pump.fun keeps $PUMPAXE's creator fees until they're claimed. Each round, our payout bot claims them into the vault, and the pot is exactly what that claim brought in, read from its own transaction, never from the vault's balance. If too little is waiting, the round skips the claim and the fees keep waiting on pump.fun.

  2. Freeze

The round freezes pump.fun's live board at that moment: the squads at #4–#10 right then are the ones paid. The last round uses the Final Results.

  3. Send

The bot sends each squad its share (22/18/15/13/12/11/9%) of exactly what was claimed, in SOL, to the squad's owner: the member pump.fun lists as its owner. One transfer each. Shares are rounded down to the lamport and the few left over go to #4, so the transfers add up to exactly the pot.

  4. Check & publish

Our server reads each transaction on Solana and lists it here only if it really sent SOL from the vault to that wallet.

05 · Your turn

How to verify us yourself

About ten minutes with a block explorer. You only read public data: no wallet, no sign-in, nothing to sign.

  1. Find the vault

Copy the vault address from the top of this page and open it on Solscan. Its SOL balance should match ours: we re-read it every minute.

  2. Know what kind of wallet it is

The vault is a normal Solana wallet with one key (1 of 1). There's no multisig and no time lock: what keeps us honest is that every move is public.

  3. Check where each coin's fees go

Open a coin's fee-sharing config, Config in the table. For $PUMPAXE it lists the vault as the only shareholder with 10,000 basis points (100%), unless the coin was created by the vault itself. For a squad coin it lists one shareholder, the squad owner's wallet, with 10,000 basis points, and it's locked.

  4. Check the fees really flow there

The coin's bonding curve, run by pump.fun's main program, names who collects its creator fees. For $PUMPAXE it must be the vault itself or its fee-sharing config; for a squad coin, its fee-sharing config. Anything else means the fees go elsewhere. That's exactly what our check reads.

  5. Check a payout

Pick any payout above and open its transaction on Solscan: it must send SOL from the vault to that wallet, for that amount. Open the round's claim too: the round's transfers add up to exactly what that claim brought into the vault. Then open the squad on pump.fun and check that the wallet belongs to the squad's owner.

  6. Every transfer out must be on our list

Apart from network fees and the coin setup (creating the coins and their fee-sharing configs, and returning the unused SOL we put in for it), every SOL that leaves the vault should be one of the payouts above: same signature, same wallet, same amount. If you find one that isn't, call us out.

  7. Only trust these addresses

If someone sends you a “PUMPAXE” or “$PUMPAXE” address anywhere else, compare it character by character with the ones on this site.

  8. Know the limits

The vault is 1 of 1: nothing on-chain forces us to pay, and the public record is the proof. pump.fun's CTO process or program upgrades could change where a coin's fees go. Fee rates are pump.fun's and may change. Holders of PUMPAXE coins receive nothing from the pot.
